For one reason or another, most professional race drivers seem to list "pasta" as their favorite dish. Being Italian, Emanuele Pirro should be no exception. But when asked, his first response will be "Sushi". Pasta comes further down the list, and then Emanuele prefers his pasta "con vongole", with mussels.

As Emanuele loves to spend time near and in the water, he will bring home is own catch whenever the opportunity arises. But, certainly, he'll find time to rule his own kitchen with equal enthusiasm, preparing dishes such as Saltimbocca alla Romana.
